Hi, I’m Juli, a successful business owner turned lifestyle and habit coach who’s going to help you lead a more productive and fulfilling life.

That’s a big claim, right? But let me explain. I’ve been in your position – life feels like chaos, there are not enough hours in the day, everything gets quite overwhelming and you’ve forgotten what it’s like waking up without that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach.

I know what that feels like.

I also know what it feels like to know that there MUST be more than this. To know, deep down, that there is so much more joy to be found in life and so much more potential to be lived up to if only you can find a way to break the cycles that you’re stuck in.

I know, because that was me too.

But I broke the cycle, because I decided to take control. And yes, it wasn’t easy at first but I sought out new ways to improve my lifestyle. I chose to make the most of every minute, and step by step I gradually became my most motivated and focused self. As I realised the benefits, maintaining this became my own priority and I never looked back.

It took years to master my own habits and lifestyle – I’m still learning and tweaking my personal method every day. But I got here. And I couldn’t have imagined even half of how good it would feel to reach this point. 

However, one big thing stood out to me on my journey and that was the lack of motivational coaches who actually treat you as an individual. Many use models, techniques, exercises, and plans that are universal to all clients rather than tailoring their work to enable the most powerful results. 

I had to find my own way, but you don’t have to. And you certainly don’t have to by following a cookie-cutter approach that assumes every person is just like the next. You are unique, as am I, and you deserve to be mentored in a way that is tailored exactly to you.

This is what inspired me to work with others and take them on the journey of discovery I’ve been on.

After a discovery call taking a deep dive into your existing daily routine, we’ll pinpoint where you’re wasting time, what’s causing you to feel unproductive, and the steps you can take to replace these bad habits to create a fulfilling lifestyle.

We then have an informal chat and decide between us, which program is best suited for you.

Who Am I?

My name is Juli, and when it comes to life I am a Bull. I am a first generation female entrepreneur who has built a successful, thriving gym and community in New York and am now expanding my work so I can help people worldwide to grab their life by the horns too.

15 years ago I had a dream of running my own gym, but not a gym like any I’d seen before. I knew it had to be possible to create a space that was fun, welcoming, and didn’t focus on weight loss, and I knew it was needed. I had no idea how I would make it happen but I had the dream, and so I set about learning how.

Now I own the #1 personal training studio in the Hudson Valley located in New York. Bodies by Colotti is a studio where when you walk in you feel welcomed and you walk out a better version of yourself.

Not only that but I’ve grown a personal profile that has me recognized on the street and I was voted #1 personal trainer in 3 counties.

It’s been quite a journey. But I am nothing special. I’ve achieved all of this because I also studied human behavior and I taught myself that as long as you try you won’t fail.

I now teach others how to take control of their own lives, using their routine and habits and eliminating chaos so they can grab their life by the horns and create the future they know is possible for them.
